West Kelowna Deck Rebuild This major deck rebuild project in West Kelowna involved replacing a severely compromised outdoor structure after both support columns developed extensive rot damage, causing the entire deck to begin collapsing. We safely tore down the existing deck and completely reframed the new structure using a flush beam design to improve both strength and appearance. To finish the rebuild, we installed new Global Decking Systems vinyl decking along with new soffit, metal-wrapped fascia, and upgraded posts for a clean, low-maintenance exterior built to handle the demanding Okanagan Valley climate. We also carefully reinstalled the existing metal railings to preserve the original style of the home while improving overall structural integrity and safety.
