Shannon Lake Deck Expansion This custom deck expansion project in Shannon Lake (West Kelowna) involved a major structural upgrade designed to create a larger and more functional outdoor living space for the homeowners. We obtained the required building permits and followed engineered drawings throughout the project to ensure the new cantilevered deck was constructed to the highest safety and structural standards. As part of the expansion, we reframed portions of the existing deck, re-sheeted the entire structure, and installed beautiful new 12mm glass railings along with durable vinyl decking built to withstand the demanding Okanagan Valley climate.
