Mountain Boucherie Stairs This staircase restoration project at Mount Boucherie involved rebuilding a failing outdoor stair system after the original under-stair storage area suffered significant rot from non-pressure-treated wood used during the initial construction. We rebuilt the stairs, reframed the damaged storage wall, and upgraded the entire area with new Eurodeck vinyl decking on both the stairs and upper deck to create a cleaner, longer-lasting finish built for the Okanagan Valley climate. To help preserve the original character of the space while improving structural integrity, we also carefully reinstalled the existing railing system.
